Our Vision
To value, advocate for, and become the voice for experiences that live beyond words.
We guide every family member toward healthier attachments, stronger relationships, and building safer, more resilient communities from the inside out.
Our Belief
Every family holds the power and innate capacity to nurture their child’s potential.

We provide the non-judgemental, compassionate space for that healing to unfold
Our Committment
Our work is fueled by a deep-rooted passion for happy, safe childhoods and empowered families.
We trust the process of gentle unraveling and rebuilding.
Services We Offer
Our approach is grounded in neurobiologically informed principles that help increase nervous system regulation, safety, and relational connection.

Group & Community-based Programs
We also offer the following semi-structured, outcome-oriented programs for children, adolescents, parents, and educators. These programs are delivered at various times throughout the year and require registration.

Why Choose Bharaari?

Evidence-based Approach
Work is guided by developmental science, attachment theory, and trauma-informed principles, with close attention to each child’s nervous system, relationships, and lived context.
Beyond Words
When stress or limited verbal capacity makes talking difficult, expressive and somatic approaches support children and parents to process experiences safely, without pressure or re-traumatization.
Experience with Complexity
International clinical experience within child protection, high-risk, and high-needs contexts informs a strong capacity to assess safety, understand behaviour in context, and support children, young people, and families navigating complex systems alongside emotional distress.
Sexualised Behaviours & Trauma
Experience supporting children and families when sexualised behaviours emerge following trauma, exposure, disrupted boundaries or unmet developmental needs. Focus on safety, regulation, and context without shame, overwhelm, & retraumatization.
Qualified & Accountable Care
Bharaari is led by a certified and qualified Mental Health Counsellor and internationally trained Play Therapist with advanced clinical training and supervised practice meeting international professional and registration standards.
Ethical Practice & Supervision
Ongoing clinical supervision with senior, internationally trained play therapy practitioners and supervisors ensures safe, ethical, and developmentally attuned practice.
